Please note that Hyrtech provides technology services to its customers (each, a “Customer”). As part of the Services, all information uploaded by a Hyrtech Customer is provided by that Customer and Hyrtech only processes such information in accordance with its agreement with that Customer and the requirements of applicable law. Hyrtech cannot remove or update your Personal Information stored with a Customer.
If you are a user of one of Hyrtech’s Customers’ custom websites, this Privacy Policy applies to you, but only as it pertains to Personal Information stored or collected by your use of hyrtechnology.com.

When you use the Hyrtech Website, Hyrtech may collect the following:
A. Personal Information You Share with Hyrtech

This Privacy Notice for California Residents (“California Privacy Notice”) supplements the general Privacy Policy of HyrTech LLC and applies solely to those who reside in the State of California. We adopt this California Privacy Notice to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”).
